Job Title: Catering Supervisor - Band 3 Location: Craigavon Area Hospital Duration: Temporary Salary: Band 3 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Two positions available: 5 days out of 7, including every other weekend, on a rota between 7:30am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday, on a rota between 7:30am - 8:00pm Start Date: Immediate Apple Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for 2 x Catering Supervisors - Band 3 based at Craigavon Area Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced catering or hospitality professionals to join a busy healthcare catering environment, supervising staff and helping to ensure a high-quality catering service is provided to patients, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team within areas such as dining room, coffee bar and patient meal service. Monitor and maintain high standards of catering service within areas of responsibility. Assist with planning and supervising staff work schedules and ensure they are followed. Ensure dietary requirements and allergen procedures are appropriately managed. Understand and adhere to HACCP procedures and ensure relevant records are accurately completed. Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control and presentation. Ensure personal and food hygiene standards are maintained by yourself and the team.
