Job Title: Catering Supervisor Location: Craigavon Area Hospital Duration: Temporary Salary: Band 3 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Two shift patterns available: 5 days out of 7, including every other weekend, working on a rota basis between 7:30am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, working on a rota basis between 7:30am - 8:00pm Apple Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for 2 Catering Supervisors to join their Catering Department based at Craigavon Area Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced catering professional to supervise the delivery of a high-quality catering service within a busy healthcare environment, ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and customer service are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities Lead a team within one or more catering service areas, including the dining room, coffee bar and patient meal service. Audit, monitor and maintain acceptable standards of catering services, implementing action plans where required. Ensure compliance with dietary requirements and allergen legislation. Assist with the planning and supervision of staff work schedules and rotas. Ensure HACCP procedures are followed, with accurate completion and monitoring of documentation. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, portion control and service. Promote and maintain excellent personal hygiene and food hygiene standards across the team.
