About the Role
An experienced Catering Supervisor is sought for a three-month ongoing temporary contract in Bristol. This role supports daily operations within a high-volume food service environment, focusing on quick-service standards. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a busy, fast-paced food service operation in the Bristol area.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.
The role
As Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy fast food / quick-service food operation. You will lead by example, support and motivate the team, and help ensure excellent standards of customer service, food quality and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team during busy service periods
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation
- Assisting with staff supervision and delegation of duties
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and safety
- Working efficiently in a busy, high-volume fast food environment
- Helping to ensure service runs smoothly during peak periods
Essential requirements
Previous experience working in a fast food, quick-service restaurant or similar high-volume food service environment is essential.
You must also have previous supervisory or team-leading experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Assignment details
- Ongoing temporary assignment andndash; minimum 3 months
- Working 5 days out of 7
- Shifts will fall between 7:00am and 11:00pm
- Hours and shift patterns will vary
