St. George’s School is a small dynamic Church of England primary school in Camberwell with wonderfully behaved children and a strong, supportive team ethos. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Manager to lead our school’s catering team and deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for our pupils and staff. As the School Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared to a high standard, meet nutritional guidelines, and are served on time. You will play a key role in promoting healthy eating and ensuring the smooth operation of the catering service.

Is dedicated to plan, prepare, and oversee the delivery of nutritious and appealing menus that cater to all dietary requirements.

Is able to manage the kitchen team, including training, supervision, and scheduling of staff.

Is able to ensure compliance with all health and safety, food hygiene, and allergen management regulations.
