Catering Regional Operations Supervisor £17.75 per hour 36.5 hours per week Temporary until September (with potential extension) Location: Mid Ulster An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Catering Regional Operations Supervisor to join a leading organisation delivering bespoke catering services across Mid Ulster. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of School Meals Kitchens and Dining Centres across a designated region. An Enhanced Access NI check will be required. Key Responsibilities Support the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) in the management of School Meals Kitchens and catering teams. Provide operational cover for kitchens during staff absences, including ordering supplies, cash handling and financial returns. Assist with recruitment, induction, training and development of catering staff. Deliver food safety, health and safety and operational training across kitchen teams. Respond to staffing emergencies and help ensure service continuity. Support service improvement initiatives, policy implementation and quality standards. Monitor food service standards, nutritional guidelines and menu compliance. Promote innovation, best practice and continuous improvement across the service.
