Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Catering Manager in Edinburgh!
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to oversee daily catering operations, lead a team and ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day catering operations
Leading and supporting the catering team
Maintaining food hygiene, health and safety standards
Managing stock, ordering and food costs
Ensuring excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience in catering management or a similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Good knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety
Ability to work in a busy environment
