ready to step into a support position, we want to hear from you!Your Role:As our
Technical Support Advisor , you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting
field-based engineers
in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:Providing real-time technical support
to engineers to troubleshoot faultsInterpreting technical manuals
to ensure accurate part identificationAssessing the priority of reactive calls
based on severityTriage jobs
to streamline resource planning and improve efficiencyTranscribing verbal technical details
from engineers into company systemsIdentifying, diagnosing, and resolving
technical issues with precisionWhat You Bring:We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and problem-solving mindset. You should have:Solid understanding of
wiring schematics and technical documentationExpertise in
electrical and mechanical systemsSharp
analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong
communication abilitiesA high level of
computer literacyFamiliarity with
