We are partnering with a specialist catering engineering company that supports national restaurant and pub chains, as well as hundreds of independent hospitality businesses — including football clubs, schools, and leisure venues.
With over 20 years of industry experience, our client is a trusted leader in commercial kitchen repair, servicing, and equipment sales. Due to continued growth and increased demand, they have expanded their service offering to provide a complete solution for hospitality equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Engineer to join a young, ambitious, and growing business, supporting customers across South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair of commercial catering equipment
- Manage installation schedules, repairs, and equipment uplifts
- Support engineering colleagues with installations and service work
- Assist in training and mentoring new engineering team members
- Conduct site visits and surveys for prospective customers
- Installation and repair post mix and slush dispense equipment
- Work closely with directors to ensure installations are completed on time
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site
- 2/3 years'' experience in catering equipment
- Electrical, Gas or Refrigeration training
- Experience training or supporting other engineers
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Full clean driving licence (fewer than 5 points)
