Serve food and beverages to guests, always ensuring a high standard of service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including the kitchen and serving stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices throughout all stages of food handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during events. Support the setup and breakdown of catering functions, including arranging tables and equipment as needed. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
