Our client, a well-established business within the food and catering industry, based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join their kitchen team on an ongoing temporary basis, with shifts available throughout September, October, November and December.The successful Catering Assistant should have: A valid Level 2 Food Safety certificate, or be willing to obtain onePrevious experience within a kitchen, catering or food environmentA friendly, reliable and hardworking attitudeGood attention to detail and the ability to work efficientlyOwn transport due to the limited public transport in the area In this role, the Catering Assistant will be responsible for: Heating and plating up simple food such as jacket potatoes, pasta bakes, fish and chips and saladsDisplaying food ready for service and assisting with serving customers when requiredMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchenCleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces, including loading the dishwasher and washing upSupporting the wider kitchen team with general duties as required Our client is offering the successful Catering Assistant £12.71 per hour, with weekly pay and ongoing temporary work with shifts available between 11am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, throughout September, October, November and December.If you are a reliable and hardworking individual looking for flexible part-time temporary work within a kitchen environment, apply now to ..... full job details .....
