Key Responsibilities Health & Safety and Hygiene Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, hygiene and allergen legislation and school procedures. Use cleaning chemicals safely in line with COSHH requirements. Report accidents, hazards and faulty equipment immediately. Keep kitchens, dining areas, equipment, dishes, tables and service areas clean and hygienic. Wear appropriate uniform and PPE at all times. Complete required records and log book entries.
