Catering Assistant 

Pay: £13.18 per hour
Shifts: Monday–Friday - 08:30 – 15:00 or 09:30 – 14:30
Duration: 8 weeks initailly 
Based: Lochgelly KY5 9RD

Key Duties:

• Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Serving food and drinks to customers
• Operating tills and handling basic transactions
• Setting up and clearing dining areas
• Washing dishes and maintaining clean and hygienic workspaces
• Replenishing food displays and stock
• Providing friendly customer service
• Following food hygiene and health & safety standards

Skills & Experience:

• Previous catering, hospitality, or food service experience is desirable but not essential
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised
