About the Role

Berkeley Scott seeks an experienced Catering Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment in Cardiff. Working Monday to Friday, 7am until 12pm, the successful candidate supports a production kitchen with morning food preparation, packing and labelling of daily in-house products, alongside kitchen porter duties. The hourly rate is £12.71 to £13.45, dependent on experience, with holiday pay included. Applicants must have prior experience within a catering setting, sound knowledge of Health and Food Safety standards, and strong attention to detail. Duties also involve maintaining a clean, organised workspace and following food hygiene regulations at all times.
