Elliot Scott Group are looking for a catering assistant in Glasgow. To assist in the daily preparation of cooked nutritious meals for the clients service users ensuring the food is of a high quality. To assist in the planning and preparation a varied choice of menus, ensuring properly balanced and nutritious meals are provided, taking into account any special dietary requirements and service user preferences. To assist in ensuring that the storage, preparation and cooking of all food is carried out using the highest standards of hygiene.
