As the hours are worked over 5 days in total - no students with restrictions should apply. As an experienced kitchen assistant, you will be familiar with a fast-paced catering environment, already be hands on, supporting the chef, food prepping, making sandwiches, and salad preparation. You will also be efficient at the kitchen role and have a good understanding of how kitchens are managed, operated, and cleaned down for each service.
