Catering Assistant

Barton Peveril is a large, thriving and innovative sixth form college in Hampshire. We have the following vacancy available to join our existing kitchen brigade, with an immediate start date, though we can be flexible with this to allow for notice periods.The right candidate will ideally have some kitchen experience and hold a Level 2 Food Safety certificate, however we can offer training for this. Under the direction of the Head Chef, accept and check all deliveries for the kitchen. You will be assisting Chefs with the daily production of food for sale on the college site all whilst adhering to legal requirements and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained to a high standard and adheres to all college policies and legal requirements. ..... full job details .....
