You''ll supervise the Pantry team, coordinate functions, maintain excellent presentation standards and help create memorable experiences for guests, staff and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the front of house catering team.Ensure the smooth delivery of internal and external events, meetings and functions.Oversee the daily operation of the dining and café service.Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces to required specifications.Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and customer service standards.Plan workloads using function schedules and event requirements.Ensure allergen information is communicated accurately and effectively.Manage stock levels of catering consumables, equipment and staff uniforms.Supervise and support casual team members ..... full job details .....
