with proven experience in both

property category management

and the

financial services sector . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and delivering cost efficiencies across complex spend areas.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead multi-year sourcing strategies using market insights and dataExecute complex sourcing activities and contract negotiationsDrive cost and business benefits aligned with financial targetsManage strategic supplier relationships and performance dashboardsTranslate business needs into market-ready specificationsEnsure compliance with procurement policies and third-party risk frameworksAct as a senior advisor to stakeholders and deputy to the Category and Sourcing Lead

Skills and ExperienceEssential:Strong experience in procurement or sourcing rolesStrong background in

property category managementExperience in

financial services

and regulated environmentsSenior stakeholder management and influencing skillsKnowledge of UK contract law and procurement best practices
