CAPEX and INDIRECT CATEGORY PROCUREMENT MANAGERManufacturing Procurement CAPEX IndirectsAre you a procurement professional who knows how to get things done?We''re looking for a CAPEX and Indirect Category Procurement Manager to take ownership of significant spend across a complex manufacturing environment.We''re looking for someone who can challenge suppliers, influence stakeholders, negotiate commercially and deliver measurable savings.You''ll take responsibility for categories including CAPEX, MRO, engineering services, professional services and other indirect spend, developing sourcing strategies and turning them into tangible commercial results.What will you be doing?Own and develop CAPEX and indirect procurement categoriesLead strategic sourcing, tenders and competitive RFP processesNegotiate pricing, contracts, terms and service agreementsManage and develop strategic supplier relationshipsWork closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Maintenance and other stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, cost avoidance and value improvementLead CAPEX procurement from specification through to supplier selection and implementationChallenge existing supply arrangements and introduce greater commercial disciplineDevelop category strategies and implement procurement improvement initiativesMonitor supplier performance, contracts, KPIs and savingsSupport wider procurement transformation and continuous improvementWhat are we looking for?You''ll probably have a ..... full job details .....
