We''re looking for an experienced Category Manager, Buyer or Commercial professional to join a successful, family-owned multinational business and take real ownership of category performance across the UK.

This is a high-impact role where you''ll shape category strategy, ranging, pricing and promotions, build influential supplier relationships and identify opportunities to drive sales, margin and profitability.

You''ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams, negotiate commercial partnerships and play a key role in developing the retail proposition - while also mentoring and developing junior members of the team.

We''re looking for someone with strong FMCG wholesale or retail experience, commercial instinct, excellent negotiation skills and the confidence to turn insight into action.
