To be considered, you''ll need previous Category Management experience within an OEM, cutting tools or industrial engineering environment. The Role of The Category Manager: You''ll take responsibility for managing and developing your product category, ensuring it remains competitive, profitable and aligned with customer requirements. You''ll be working closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, support sales growth and keep ahead of market trends. Responsibilities of The Category Manager will include: Managing and developing an assigned product category. Creating and implementing category plans to support business growth. Building strong working relationships with suppliers and key customers. Reviewing market trends, competitor activity and pricing. Negotiating supplier terms and commercial agreements.
