Applicants need indirect or services procurement experience, a positive demeanor and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. An exciting end-to-end procurement opportunity, the Category Manager will be responsible for leading sourcing/tendering, contracts management and supplier relationship management. The focus will be on HR (recruitment, training, remuneration, internal communications, events) and FM (property, soft facilities services), however previous experience with these categories will not be required, a generalist indirect procurement background would work well. Working within a small and high-performing team, the Category Manager will seek to optimise procurement efficiencies, mitigate risk, contribute to savings targets and engage effectively with stakeholders.
