They are recruiting for a Category Manager (Indirects) on to join their exciting fast paced function.They are looking for procurement professionals who have experience across a wide range of indirect categories such as Services, Catering, FM, Security, Utilities, Construction, and Marketing. With an initial focus on the Construction category so someone comfotable working with NEC4 and JCT contracts would be a plus.This role is an amazing opportunity to get involved with a leading company, where you will be working on exciting projects and be able to get stuck in from day one.Please see details on the role below and feel free to reach out if you are interested!Role and ResponsibilitiesReport into and work closely with the Senior Category Manager and wider Procurement teamEnd to end procurement and category management, including leading tenders, sourcing and supplier managementDevelop and implement strategic category strategies across the designated categoriesCreate contractual agreements with supplies ensuring they are fit for purpose and deliver commerciality to the businessWork closely with internal stakeholders, advising on best practice for obtaining best value for moneyExperience and RequirementsNEC4 and JCT experience is required for this roleExperience working within a regulated environment and adhering to the Public Contract Regulations (PCR 2015) / Procurement Act 2023End-to-end procurement, category management, or tendering experienceComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent supplier management ..... full job details .....
