An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Category Manager to work for a business that offers an extensive portfolio, including one of the largest legacy brands in the UK!

This role is for candidates from the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, specifically Food and Drink, with experience with major multiples, wholesalers and foodservice channels.

The successful applicant will forge new relationships with key contacts and work closely with the commercial and marketing team to achieve targeted distribution, commercial and trading objectives.

Key Candidate Criteria

3+ years proven track record of success in a Category position within the FMCG food and drink industry.

Experience with UK Grocery Retail is highly desirable.

High energy and dynamic. Able to challenge upwards and handle being challenged.

An effective team player who can also act with autonomy.

Comfortable and confident in engaging with customers face to face.

Someone with entrepreneurial instincts who is happy to work independently to a high standard.

Salary and PackageThis role offers a competitive package, including a strong bonus that has been paid over consecutive years and a wfh contract with expected travel throughout the week.
