Initially meet with Head of Fleet and Fleet Managers to understand requirements from new suppliers. Identify new suppliers, then create and issue ITTs. Run the tender and create balanced scorecards, presenting options to Director level stakeholders. Manage the contract award, and mobilise the handover to the existing fleet team. Likely to be extending a further 3-6 months to support the contract once it has gone live.
