Are you an experienced category insight or market analysis professional looking to work with some of the UK''s largest grocery retailers, where you can influence business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and develop your career within a leading food manufacturing environment?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and established manufacturer supplying major retail and foodservice customers across the UK. Working closely with key retailer accounts, you will support the delivery of valuable category and consumer insights that drive commercial success.

You will analyse market trends, sales performance, consumer behaviour, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and new product activity to identify opportunities for growth. Working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and NPD teams, you will play a key role in shaping category strategies and supporting business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a category insight, commercial analysis, or market insight role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing. Strong analytical skills, experience using Kantar, Nielsen, or retailer EPOS data, and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships will be essential.

The Role:
*Deliver category insights and strategic recommendations to major UK retailers
*Analyse sales, market, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities
*Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and NPD launches
*Support commercial, technical, and NPD teams with market intelligence
*Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

The Person:
*Experience in category insight, market insight, or commercial analysis
*Background within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar sector
*Experience using Kantar, Nielsen, or retailer EPOS data platforms
*Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
*Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
