Category Controlling Analyst - Kinder (12m FTC)

About the Role

We''re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Kinder Category''s financial performance across the UK and Ireland region. This role will play a crucial part in managing profit and loss, supporting innovation and renovation projects, and evaluating related investments. You will also contribute to defining category-specific targets and support the planning, budgeting, and SAF (Strategic Action Framework) processes at a regional level.Main Responsibilities

Define financial and investment targets for the Kinder Category and contribute to discussions and negotiations to align category performance with UKandI objectives.Drive effective business decisions by facilitating planning, budgeting, and SAF analysis, and identify key areas for improvement. Synthesize financial results and investment program outcomes to support strategic insights.Assist in controlling and reporting activities, analysing data and financial statements to monitor ongoing initiatives and evaluate return on investment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and RandD by providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.Support the deployment of central guidelines and methodologies related to the Kinder Category and contribute to Group-led projects and initiatives. Analyze and validate investments through simulations and business planning, and provide relevant information related to transfer pricing during key financial cycles.Who we are looking for

Strong analytical skills and experience using SAP, alongside advanced proficiency in Excel. Comfortable working with the full Microsoft Office Suite and able to manage and interpret complex financial data.A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to supporting cross-functional teams.How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero
