Key ResponsibilitiesManage products throughout the complete buying and development cycleDevelop new product ideas in collaboration with design and suppliersSource products and suppliers globally, including Far East sourcingNegotiate cost prices, terms, and supplier agreementsManage supplier relationships and ongoing supplier developmentPlan and manage product ranges within assigned categoriesIdentify market opportunities and consumer trendsImprove existing products through enhanced quality, specification, packaging, or cost reductionCoordinate packaging and presentation with the graphics team to maximise product appeal Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in product buying/purchasingExperience of managing products from concept through to productionStrong project management and organisational skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamStrong attention to detailGood PC literacy, particularly Microsoft ExcelExperience with Far East sourcing would be advantageousCIPS qualification (or...</description>
