You will work alongside experienced and highly regarded lawyers, handling a varied caseload of complex injury claims, with a particular focus on spinal injury matters. Key responsibilities will include: • Providing a high-quality, client-focused service throughout the lifecycle of each claim. • Managing a caseload of complex, primarily multi-track personal injury and clinical negligence claims. • Acting for claimants in high-value and catastrophic injury matters. • Conducting legal research and preparing correspondence, pleadings and other legal documentation. • Working in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant protocols. • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to progress claims effectively. • Contributing to the continued development and growth of the firm.
