Working from modern Liverpool offices, you will join a collaborative and supportive environment where professional development is actively encouraged.This role is open to fast and multi-track PI lawyers looking to develop a catastrophic injury caseload.Your new role As a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer, you will manage a caseload of high-value and complex personal injury claims, handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement. You will work on litigated and non-litigated files involving serious and life-changing injuries, while collaborating with senior lawyers, medical experts, counsel and rehabilitation professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.Progressing litigated and pre-litigation matters efficiently and proactively.Drafting legal documentation, witness statements and schedules of loss.Attending court hearings, conferences and settlement meetings where required.Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and other stakeholders.Supporting and mentoring junior members of the ..... full job details .....
