Catastrophe Modelling/Exposure Analyst

We are working on behalf of a Reinsurer who are seeking a Catastrophe Modelling/Exposure Analyst, to to work on UK Property business.

The role will work in a small team, and will include running the cat model process and explaining the model results and concepts, validation and documentation of the cat model process.         

The role would suit either a recent undergraduate or post graduate in a Mathematical or Scientific related subject (Hydrology, Geography, Geophysics, Meteorology), or someone with some insurance experience covering UK Property.  Excellent communication skills and advanced Excel are a must, SQL or Python/R coding would be highly beneficial.  Excellent career progression and competitive benefits offered.
