Cat C Driver - Crawley - -17.25 per hour

Location: Crawley
Sector: Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain
Pay Rate: -17.25 per hour
Overtime Rate: -25.87 per hour paid after completing 45 hours

Working Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday
05:00 - 14:00 (finish times may vary based on deliveries)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle, transporting goods from Crawley to designated locations.
• Complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections according to company policy.
• Follow delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Assist with loading and unloading - heavy lifting and manual handling involved.
• Adhere to all relevant safety procedures and company guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications

• Valid Category C Licence (Cat C Driver)
• CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph card
• Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage
• Have a positive attitude to work and a good timekeeper, with the ability to work unsupervised
• Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience
