Cat Driver days or Nights required Monday to Sunday

From £14.50 per hour | Weekly Pay | Starts Yesterday lol 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cat C day Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Experience in commercial driving is highly desirable. The successful driver will be responsible for long-distance driving.

Key Details:

• Start Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire

• Pay: From £14.50 to £14.75 per hour (paid weekly)

• Inflated rates for the weekend 

• Job Type: Full weeks bookings 

• Start Date: Immediate

• Monday–Friday flexible start time is depending of delivery or collection times 

• 40–60 hours per week 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lorries to transport goods to designated locations.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.

• Load and unload cargo, securing it properly for transport.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of mileage, fuel use, and other relevant information.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the lorry.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) with a Cat C entitlement

• Experience in driving hgv with a minimum of one years

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual

• Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR10, CD10, IN10)
