Overview

Partnered with Espa and working in an award-winning Spa environment our Spa Therapists are at the heart of our Spa. Demonstrating passion for their treatments and delivering an exceptional and memorable service to our guests.ResponsibilitiesPerform all treatments in line with 5* standards

Train in a variety of treatments, including advanced facials, Bamboo massage, Pre Natal treatments, Mindful Massage, Deep Muscle Massage, Mii manicures and pedicures and dermaplaning

Focus on self-development and keep up to date with treatment protocols and new product launches

Offer aftercare and retail recommendations at the end of treatments linked to guest well-being and individual concerns

Work towards retail targets set and be rewarded with product incentives

Work with an enthusiastic and motivated attitude when dealing with guests and colleagues

Contract Type

We have great opportunities for casual positions. Weekend working is an essential requirement, with hours available primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.Typical shift timesFriday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 9.45am - 6.15pm

Salary

Starting at £12.32 per hour. Increasing to £12.97 per hour after 1 year’s service and successful training.About youRecognised Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2and3, BTEC, CIDESCO)

Espa treatment training is advantageous but not essential as training will be a continuous part of your role

Mii Manicure and Pedicure training advantageous but not essential

Experience in providing facial, body, manicure or pedicure treatments is desired

Possess exceptional guest service skills

Passion for the beauty and spa industry and desire to deliver the most exceptional treatment experience to guests
