In this role, you''ll provide professional nursing care to adults in our care homes, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. You''ll be responsible for administering medication, updating care plans, monitoring residents'' health, and working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the right care at the right time.
