Casual Recreation Assistant - Dunmurray, Belfast 13.69 per hour Temporary, 24 weeks Hatched Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Casual Recreation Assistants to join Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council on a temporary basis.This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sport and leisure to join a busy, customer-focused environment, helping to deliver a high standard of service to the local community. What you''ll be doing:Helping ensure sports and activity equipment is safely set up, dismantled, and storedMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety throughout the facilitySupervising customers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experienceProviding front of house/reception cover as requiredAssisting with the delivery of the centre''s programme, including coaching/instructing where qualifiedSupporting new staff inductions and complying with Child Protection and Vulnerable Adult guidelines What we''re looking for:A relevant, recognised coaching qualification, OR at least 2 years'' experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year plus a coaching qualification also accepted)Previous experience working with the public in a customer service settingA First Aid at Work qualification is desirablePrevious experience in a leisure facility is desirableAwareness of Child Protection and Vulnerable Adult issuesWillingness to undergo an Enhanced Access NI check (essential - this is a regulated post)Eligibility to work in the UK The details:Pay: 13.69 per ..... full job details .....
