Welcome customers to the venue ensuring all their queries are answeredPrepare and serve food and drinks orders from one of the many Bars and Coffee Bars as well as facilitate the delivery of pre-ordered drinks to event customersHelp to serve food and drinks at backstage and at pre or post show receptionsNeed to be comfortable working in an environment that serves and sells alcoholPrepare hospitality areas and keeping them clean, tidy, and well-stockedHandle cash and card payments using our touchscreen till system (full training provided)What Were Looking For

Experience in bar or catering work (preferred, but not essential - full training given).A friendly, confident approach when dealing with the public.The ability to work quickly under pressure in a busy environment.Flexibility to work some days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.Minimum age 18 to work on the bars (16+ for coffee bars/merchandise).The job requires an understanding of the principles of food safety, licensing law, good hygiene, and involves cash and manual handling as well as providing high standards of customer service.About You

You must be available to take up the position immediately and commit to working evenings and weekends as and when the theatre programme requires.A rota system offers shifts when there are events, and you must tell us in advance of any shifts you would not be available for. Most shifts will commence at 6.30pm and last approximately 3-4 hours. On weekends there can be matinee performances that start earlier.
