Casual Library Driver£13.06 per hour Flexible Hours Ad Hoc ShiftsWe are currently seeking a Casual Driver to support a library service delivering books, equipment and other resources to libraries across the county.This is a flexible, ad hoc position with shifts offered as and when the service requires support. Working hours will typically fall between 7:00am and 5:00pm.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver books, equipment and library resources to various library locations across the county.Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when representing the service.RequirementsA full, clean D1 driving licence is essential.Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations.Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying boxes and equipment as part of the role.Reliable, flexible and able to work at short notice when required.Previous driving or delivery experience is desirable but not essential.What We Offer£13.06 per hourFlexible working arrangements.Varied work across different locations.Opportunity to support an important community service.If you are a dependable driver with a clean D1 licence and enjoy a hands-on role, we''d love to hear from you.Apply today to join our casual driver team. ..... full job details .....
