We run specials each day which will also need to be cooked to order. You will help prepare sandwiches and other ready to eat options. For events, we tend to offer a wide array of freshly prepared sharing options, both hot and cold, for larger groups and events. About You With experience in either café style kitchen or larger restaurant kitchen, you will be comfortable working as part of a small team where team spirit it everything. This will be an excellent opportunity to build on your experience and we are really keen to find someone who enjoys cooking food and preparing meals, taking huge amount of pride in your work. This is will be a busy role and there will be great variety as part of your role. The addition of the conferencing and events catering will bring new challenge to your daily work as you prepare larger banquets for these events. Ideally you will have excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety and Food and Drink preparation practices and/or holding NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation or equivalent qualification is desirable.
