The successful candidate will follow process instructions for casting operations, ensuring that daily production is completed in line with the production plan. You will work within company health and safety guidelines and follow 5S procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Key Duties Understand production planning and work to tight daily schedules. Use Microsoft Excel confidently. Handle and use epoxy resins and other raw materials safely. Follow internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and process instructions. Support manufacturing and production processes. Operate semi-automated and manual mixing equipment. Program ovens for weekend curing cycles. Work safely and efficiently at all times. Maintain high housekeeping standards using 5S methodology. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
