This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within production and manufacturing, with full training provided for the right candidate.Working within the casting department, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring products are manufactured to quality standards and production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating casting and production equipment safely and effectivelyPreparing moulds and materials for the casting processMonitoring production processes and reporting any issuesTrimming, finishing and inspecting cast products to quality standardsCarrying out visual quality checks and recording production dataMaintaining a clean, organised and safe working environmentFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting colleagues across the production department when requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essentialGood attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow instructions and proceduresPositive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working in a ..... full job details .....
