The role involves setting and operating zinc die casting machines within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, ensuring consistent quality and efficient machine performance. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining stable production processes, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring machinery operates safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities Set and operate zinc die casting machines ranging from 20t to 200t. Monitor machine performance and make parameter adjustments to maintain production quality. Identify and control process variations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Replace consumable machine parts including goosenecks, pistons, piston rings, and carry out accumulator charging.
