Shift Premiums: Days only - No shift allowance Days and Nights - 12.5% shift allowance Days, Afternoons and Nights - 17% shift allowance Permanent Nights - 25% shift allowance About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cast Finish Operative (Straightener) to join our clients Cast Finish Department. This hands-on role is responsible for straightening, buffing and grinding cast components to achieve required dimensional specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Straighten, buff and grind cast components to specification. Use a variety of manufacturing techniques and equipment to produce high-quality products. Complete production and timekeeping documentation accurately. Follow Health and Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the work area. Work collaboratively to achieve production targets and output requirements.
