The role will focus on financial processing, account reconciliation and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and in line with regulatory and business requirements. You will work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues, improve processes and maintain a high level of customer and operational service. Key Responsibilities Reconcile customer accounts and ensure outstanding balances are accurate. Process and manage BACS, card payments and cheque transactions . Work with general ledger processes and ensure financial records are accurate. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and recurring rejections.
