Cash Management Administrator

We''re currently looking for two Cash Management Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Banbury on a 6 month fixed term contract to support a busy period. Whether you''re looking to build on existing experience or develop your career in a new area, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a varied, fast paced role within a friendly team.The RoleThis is a hands-on and detail-focused role where you''ll be supporting both internal teams and external customers. You''ll be involved in a mix of account admin, credit control, and system led processes, with day-to-day tasks including:Reviewing and setting up new customer accountsReconciling customer and supplier accountsCommunicating with teams and customers via telephone and emailChasing, allocating and processing paymentsPlacing and releasing accounts on holdProcessing credits, refunds and a range of payment methods (Worldpay, PayPal, BACS)Uploading invoices into SAP and chasing approvalsManaging staff expenses, petty cash and cheque paymentsTaking part in monthly ledger reviews and supporting internal auditsWhat We''re Looking for in the Cash Management AdministratorWe''re open to both experienced candidates and those earlier in their careers with the right mindset.
