Our client, a leading organisation within the professional services, is seeking a dynamic Cash and Banking Manager to join their Client Finance team based in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Cash and Banking team, promoting a culture of high performance, professional development, and excellent client service.Oversee cash management processes including bank reconciliations, allocation of cash received, and the management of unallocated funds.Maintain compliance with internal controls, client requirements, and relevant regulations (including RICS Client Monies).Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met and continuously improved.Contribute to internal and external audits, providing expert insight and ensuring readiness.Actively participate in projects and system developments to support ongoing innovation and efficiency.
