Vivo Talent is working with a growing Bank based in Birmingham to recruit a Cash & Payments associate into their team.
You''ll play a critical role in managing incoming and outgoing payments related to the Bank''s transactions - ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer-related payments including loan completions and drawdowns
- Perform timely reconciliations and resolve suspense items
- Produce accurate transaction reports, including bank reconciliations for lending and deposit accounts
- Analyse account balances and maturing deposits (direct and via deposit aggregators)
- Assist with the maintenance of payment mandates and signatories in coordination with banking partners
- Support internal teams with payment-related queries and investigations
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a payments or finance role, ideally within the financial services sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
