The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong system skills, and confidence working with financial data. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)Working Pattern: Office-based Key Responsibilities Daily reconciliation and allocation of incoming cash using customer remittances for commercial accounts. Contact customers via email and phone when remittances are missing or unclear, ensuring accurate allocation. Record all activity, including attempts to obtain remittances and any issues affecting allocation. Reverse incorrect allocations and reallocate funds accurately when errors are identified. Identify anomalies in remittances and proactively contact customers to clarify or resolve discrepancies. Skills and Competencies Strong computer literacy and confidence using finance systems.
