Description

  • Accurately process customer payments and allocate them to the appropriate accounts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve payment issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth cash application processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers regarding payment queries.

Profile

A successful Cash Application Clerk should have:
