As a Carer''s Caseworker, you will provide practical guidance, emotional support and advocacy to adult carers, ensuring they have access to the information, services and resources they need. Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you will empower carers to feel recognised, valued and supported throughout their caring journey. About the role This varied and rewarding position combines frontline casework, advocacy, community engagement and partnership working. You will support unpaid carers through personalised assessments, tailored support plans and practical advice, while helping to raise awareness of carers'' needs across the local community. What you''ll be doing: Direct Support to Carers Deliver carer assessments in line with the Care Act 2014 and develop personalised support plans Support carers with applications for Carers Personal Budgets where eligible Provide information, advice and guidance on carers'' rights, welfare benefits, housing and local services Offer emotional support and advocacy to carers facing complex ..... full job details .....
